Hanson, Inc. brought me on as a contractor to help write, edit, and develop a new voice for ProMedica’s website, which launched in April 2015.

ProMedica is a not-for-profit health care organization serving Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

I was part of the team that worked exclusively on this project.

We were under a tremendous time restriction, so we developed the style as we went, editing and re-editing to maintain consistency. I wrote keyword-rich copy that balanced the needs of SEO with the accessibility standards required of a healthcare system.

I heavily researched a variety of medical topics, wrote expert pieces, descriptions, and captions, and worked with the team to edit and proofread all copy to ensure a unified voice.
